Tickets

System 5.000 the MCA Ticket Dispenser A small tear-off token, we name it serving ticket, brings calm to your waiting area because every customer, visitor or patient can estimate when he is going to be next. The serving tickets, printed on chlorine-free bleached paper, are token from a Ticket Dispenser Cassette (MCA) - each cassette contains 5.000 tickets with patented tear-off function. If the tickets are empty the total hygienic throw-away-cassette is changed so that no threading of a new roll is required. At the issue point of the serving tickets the Cassette is fixed to the wall with a MCA-wall holder (article-no 5.500) or is displayed free with our floor tripod (article-no 3.550). If you have to take care of several working areas, you can classify the different queue groups with serving tickets in different colors (white, yellow, red, green, blue or black). In this way you can have clearly visible "waiting groups". If the differentiation by color-coding is not sufficient for you we also offer 5 differently lettered groups for classification.

Outdoor applications make different demands of an information system for those required by indoor use. The outdoor systems are equipped with a special case. The brightness of the LEDs is adjusted to the ambient light. This ensures constant clear legibility.

The LED
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. This is a semi-conductor with lights almost immediately when a voltage is applied. LEDs are small light sources available in various colors (red, green, amber/yellow, blue or white). LEDs have a low power consumption and a long lifespan.

Operating program
The DxSys operating program for Windows 95/98//NT/2000/XP is extremely simple to operate and offers the opportunity to keep your announcements up-to-date. All you need to do is type your messages, give the command and the message is displayed immediately. The information systems are equipped with an internal memory which can hold at least 50 pages of text. Date and time, bold text and the diary scheduler are standard features.

Control using a computer network (LAN)
It is possible to use the DxSys operating program to send texts to the information system over a network. This does require a Comserver. Ask about the possibilities.

Wireless communication
If you would like to control your information system remotely, this is possible with Telemetry (short distance) or GSMmodem (long distance). It is very easy to send texts from the standard DxSys operation program on your PC. Ask about the possibilities.
